The consensus No. 1 overall pick in fantasy drafts this summer, Chase lost starting quarterback Joe Burrow in Week 2, struggled along with backup Jake Browning (remember him?), rebounded slightly with Joe Flacco and is finally back as an elite wide receiver again following Burrow's return.
