The late Father of the Bride star died on Oct. 11 at age 79 in California

A Los Angeles home previously owned and lovingly renovated by the late Diane Keaton has hit the market for $25 million.

The Beverly Hills property — which was listed for sale on Oct.22, according to property records — was owned by Keaton from 2007 to 2010, when she sold it to American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy for $10 million.

Keaton, who died on Oct. 11 at age 79, made extensive updates to the 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival-style build, as detailed in a November 2008 issue of Architectural Digest. The Oscar-winning actress was a well-known serial renovator known for her sophisticated design style.

Currently, the 8,400-square-foot home is listed with Branden Williams & Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates.

Simon Berlyn

In the 2008 tour, AD spoke to Keaton about the renovation process, as well as her close friend and interior designer Stephen Shadley, who's also worked with Jennifer Aniston on many of her homes.

Simon Berlyn

Keaton noted at the time that she was not pleased with some of the changes made to the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom abode by the previous owners.

"I wanted to bring the house back to its core simplicity. Simplicity feels authentic," she told the outlet, adding that she wanted the home to really nod to California's Spanish heritage.

A space she especially didn't care for, which she referred to as the "worst room in the house," was the awkwardly-sized entrance hall.

To fix the layout, she and Shadley transformed the area into a spacious library lined with shelves of books that reflected her many passions. Shadley noted, "Diane loves big spaces. No ceiling can be too high, and no space can be too big for her."

Simon Berlyn

In the living room, she replaced a "horrifying" fireplace installed by the previous owners with a simple arched brick Spanish fireplace that she ended up repeating in her bedroom and kitchen. Shadley also noted how "Diane just loves arches. The arch is probably the loveliest architectural feature of the Spanish Colonial Revival in California."

Simon Berlyn

Meanwhile, in the kitchen and family room, Keaton worked to transform the area from "very dark" to a much lighter feel, keeping her two children in mind while she did so. Her daughter Dexter, now 29, was 12 when the feature came out, and son Duke, now 25, was seven.

Simon Berlyn

"I wanted to make it light and breezy," Keaton shared. "For kids, a home needs to be warm and livable—a place where you can jump around, make a mess, and enjoy your life."

She noted how playing around with shadows and the contrast that lighting can bring into a space was a big passion of hers.

Simon Berlyn

"I should be in the business of lighting," she said at the time. "I think these things. I'm a nut! But I just know what's right for me, and lights make the house seem alive."

Another one of Keaton's famous renovation projects was her L.A. "dream home" that she moved into in 2017 and ended up listing for $29 million in March. The sale came as a surprise to many. She previously said she had planned to remain there permanently.

Simon Berlyn

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property was also the subject of her 2017 book, The House that Pinterest Built.

Following her death, a friend of the acclaimed actress told PEOPLE her decision to list the home for sale came after her health took a sharp turn in recent months.

"She declined very suddenly, which was heartbreaking for everyone who loved her," the source told PEOPLE. "It was so unexpected, especially for someone with such strength and spirit."

Drew Barrymore opened up about the time she spent at a rehabilitation center as a young teenager, calling it "the best thing" that ever happened to her

Barrymore discussed the troubled teen industry with Mae Martin, whose new series Wayward is now streaming on Netflix

Martin also recounted their own teen years in rehab

Drew Barrymore is opening up about entering a rehabilitation facility at 14 years old, where she was treated for nearly two years.

Barrymore, 50, spoke about her experience in rehab during a conversation with Mae Martin on The Drew Barrymore Show on Friday, Oct 24. Martin, 38, created, co-wrote and stars in Wayward, a Netflix mystery series that follows a local police officer's investigation into a local school for troubled teens in an isolated small town.

The show is loosely based on Martin's own experiences, as they recalled on Barrymore's daytime talk show that their childhood friend had entered a similar facility for two years during their teen years. After Martin, who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns, discussed their childhood friend's experience, Barrymore detailed her own time in rehab.

"I also was someone who got taken away and put in a place for two years," Barrymore began.

"I did not know that. I mean, I knew that you were a wayward teen, as was I. I was in rehab and stuff, but I didn't know that you were at one of those places," Martin replied.

Barrymore complimented the nuanced nature of the show's exploration of the troubled teen industry.

"I had a lot of lightness in my experience in the institution. It's a lot of what this show is. I know that sounds wild, but it was like encouragement to say your truth, to be brave, to find humor and heroism in your journey. And it's the best thing that ever happened to me, honestly," Barrymore said. "And I hold a lot of that sacrosanct. But it wasn't easy. It was hard as hell."

Martin said they were 16 when they entered their respective treatment facility.

"And I don't know about you," they said, "but now, as an adult, I feel so protective of young people and having had that experience of being pathologized at a very young age for things that are just kind of… yeah, I think that all went into it."

In a 2015 interview with The Guardian, Barrymore revealed that she underwent an 18-month stint at a rehabilitation facility for drug and alcohol addiction when she was 13 years old. She told the outlet that her younger self "really was alone" at the time "and it felt… terrible. It was a really rebellious time. I would run off. I was very, very angry."

Wayward is streaming now on Netflix.

She shared that she "would love to" continue the podcast, but has been busy producing content for her company Free Food Studios' partnership with A&E Networks

Rachael Ray is opening up about why she paused her podcast.

The celebrity cook and TV personality, 57, launched I'll Sleep When I'm Dead in October 2024, and released episodes weekly through December of last year.

While hosting Blue Moon Burger Bash 2.0 at the New York City Wine & Food Festival on Oct. 17, Ray weighed in on whether fans can expect new installments in the near future.

"I haven't decided," she tells PEOPLE. "I got such a huge order for new shows with my company, Free Food."

In 2024, Ray's production company, Free Food Studios, partnered with A&E Networks to bring "in the kitchen" content and new shows from Ray and other culinary talent over the following two years.

"We have so many talents that we're managing," she adds. "And I have so many episodes to write. I want to. I would love to. We have to find the time to, is the problem."

"Plus, I live in two different places," she noted. Ray and her husband of 20 years, John Cusimano, now split their time between New York and Italy.

On Oct. 16, A+E announced in a press release that the network ordered 110 new episodes of Ray's programming, including Meals in Minutes, that will "focus on her approachable and comforting cooking style."

The announcement added that episodes will begin production this fall and air across the Home.Made.Nation multiplatform lifestyle programming block on A&E and FYI in 2026.

Ray spoke to PEOPLE about the most rewarding parts of her podcast during the 2025 South Beach Wine & Food Festival in February.

The eight episodes that premiered last year featured interviews with a wide range of personalities, including actor Billy Crudup, chef Jacques Pépin and the late Anne Burrell, a longtime friend of Ray's.

"I never had the format on daytime to do long format with people I truly respect and care about," she said while hosting Mike's Amazing Burger Bash.

Ray then reflected on her experiences interviewing people on her podcast versus on TV, noting, "I like introducing people to new people, people that are new to my life, but I also reintroducing them to people I already love and respect, and being able to expand and expound on what I wish I had the time to do in formats I couldn't do it in before."

"I had people on that are celebrated actors and people that I have known for a real long time, but that I never got to spend more than four or five minutes with," the cookbook author added. "It's amazing."

Stephen King's worlds collide with HBO's new horror series, a prequel to the *It* films. There's a nod to King's *Shawshank Redemption* in the trailer, and *The Shining*'s Dick Hallorann makes an appearance. Taking place in 1962, nearly three decades before 2017's *It*, the show's tension centers around the historical burning of a speakeasy that catered to Black patrons by a group of white supremacists. While race relations during the Civil Rights Movement and Cold War fears prey on the minds of Derry's locals, another horror haunts the rural community. Universal's upcoming *Miami Vice* movie may have landed its leading dynamic duo.

Austin Butler and Michael B. Jordan are in talks to join the adaptation of NBC's iconic '80s series as the Metro-Dade Police Department detectives working undercover in Miami, * *has learned.

Butler is eyeing the role of James "Sonny" Crockett, originated by actor Don Johnson, while Jordan is interested in the role of Ricardo "Rico" Tubbs, originally played by Philip Michael Thomas on the show.

While the film is still in early development, shooting is set to begin next year and Universal has scheduled the theatrical release for Aug. 6, 2027.

Eric Warren Singer and Dan Gilroy have been tapped to write the script, with Dylan Clark and Kosinski producing.

*Miami Vice *was created by Anthony Yerkovich and ran for five seasons, from September 1984, to June 1989. The movie is inspired by the show's first season and is set to explore the glitz and corruption of mid-'80s Miami.

The upcoming film will be the second film adaptation of the series; series executive producer Michael Mann directed a 2006 movie starring Colin Farrell as Crockett and Jamie Foxx as Tubbs.

Both the *Miami Vice* TV show and film were very contemporary: The show embodied the '80s with pastel colors and a hit-heavy pop soundtrack, while the film's use of pioneering digital photography, "realistic" take on the material, and use of Audioslave songs reflected the zeitgeist of the mid-2000s. The film grossed $164.2 million worldwide and became a cult favorite.
