A Texas mother arrested for allegedly running a cross-country illegal butt Botox operation is facing new charges - as her victims share images of their horrific injuries. Consuelo Dal Bo, 57, and her daughter Isabella Dal Bo, 18, were busted by Houston police in April during a sting operation. The surgically-enhanced blonde woman appeared in a Montgomery County court on Friday after turning herself in for additional charges stemming from incidents in 2021 and 2022 at her home, reported KTRK.
