"She's notdancing," the 59-year-old reality star declared, while one of the clips showed Perry, 40, turned around to attempt some sort of twerk-like dance move. "She's not even twerking," Miller claimed, explaining that Perry was just moving her feet rather than bouncing her bum around like a proper twerk requires. "It doesn't really jiggle," Miller said. The dance studio owner has been in a wheelchairfor several yearsafter undergoing emergency surgery in 2018 for what was believed to be a spinal infection, but ended up being Burkitt lymphoma. "They saved money on a choreographer that's for sure," Miller added, before concluding with the assessment, "She's not a dancer."
