STEPHEN A. Smith has laid into the Los Angeles Lakers after one other disappointing street loss.
The Lakers suffered their seventeenth away loss of the season on Tuesday at the hands of the Atlanta Hawks, 138-122.

Lakers star LeBron James finished the sport with 20 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists in 39 minutes on-court.
On Wednesday's episode of First Take, Smith provided a bleak outlook for coach Darvin Ham's Lakers.
"In the long run, the Lakers are fairly pathetic right now," the 56-year-old stated.
"You're ten video games underneath .500 on the street. LeBron James is the star of a workforce, ten games beneath .500 away from Southern California.
"That's just a disgrace. And I'm not blaming him. 39 years of age, 21st season in the league, averaging almost 25 a recreation, enjoying his behind off, and once again is an All-Star."
Despite James' play, Smith believes much of the rest of the staff is just unprepared.
"LeBron is so dedicated to his craft, taking good care of his body, taking good care of his mind, LeBron stays ready while 90-percent of the league gets ready," he stated.
"They don't put within the work in the offseason to make it possible for they're all [where] they must be, so when the season arrives, you're in the absolute best shape and in the perfect situation conceivable to go on the market and carry out to the perfect of your capacity."
Even when the Lakers have been to make some drastic modifications, Smith was unsure if they might be enough to problem the likes of the Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Clippers, or the Minnesota Timberwolves among others.
As for LeBron, he remained defiant postgame in his belief that each one just isn't misplaced for the Lakers.
"We might on any given night time beat any group in the NBA," he told reporters.
"And then on any given night time, we might get our a** kicked by any staff in the NBA."
Next up for the 24-25 Lakers is a visit to the Boston Celtics on Thursday before they make their strategy to the Charlotte Hornets on Monday.
